The 'dsmc query backup' command reports management classes as part of the information it displays about backup files.
You can also start the GUI client, select 'Restore', and expand the part of the file tree you are interested in. The file characteristics shown include management classes. Once you have examined the files you are interested in you can exit without starting a restore. Thomas Denier Thomas Jefferson University Hospital -----Original Message----- If I move a node to a new management class (e.g. "include * 15day"), is there a message in either the server actlog or the client dsmched.log that indicates that backup entries have been rebound to the new class? I looking for some indication that the change to the new management class was effective. David The information contained in this transmission contains privileged and confidential information.
