We do this (at least until Domino is completely gone - we are migrating to Google Mail). It is just another Windows-based Domino server being backed up with the Domino TDP. I am not aware of it being anything special. Backs up the same as the other Domino servers (we do daily incremental and bi-weekly full/selective).
