Do you happen know why TSM spits out those errors on a filesystem that is
actually mounted elsewhere?
I mean, is the solution to just exclude the filesystem or am I missing
something in tsm or the options file that could tell TSM to ignore any mounted
filesystems??

Do you have a stale or stuck CIFS mount? Check the output of "mount", as it
may not show up in "df" (stale NFS mounts will usually hang "df", but I've seen
CIFS mounts that are only reported by "mount" when they're stale).
