TSM 6.3.4 on Win2K8 64 Trying to run the upgrade to 7.1.1, the package fails after uninstalling 6.3.4 and DB2 and fails during the DB2 install.
Message: ANRI1020E The DB2 installation failed. To review errors and correct any issues, review C:\ProgramData\IBM\Installation Manager\logs\native\tsm_logs\db2_install.log. The db2_install.log file is empty. Found this hit: IT03536: SERVER INSTALLATION FAILS WITH MESSAGE "ANRI1020E THE DB2 INSTALLATION FAILED All the symptoms match, but we've removed the empty "c:\program" file, and put the install package in c:\tsmcode, a directory with no spaces. Still fails with same error. What am I missing? Anybody gotten past this? THANK YOU!
