Hi Jerome, The information below is not enough to determine the problem. Check the Windows Event Log as well as the TDPEXC.LOG in the TDPExchange directory and the DSMERROR.LOG in the baclient directory. Sometimes it is because there is a gap in the Exchange transaction logs.
I recommend opening a PMR.
