I figured out a solution,sort of. I create a new Administrator account,and 
switch to that account, open Android Studio.And surprisingly,it works,and 
can input Chinese under that account.
Then I switch back to my main account,it just starts to work as well…

Ok,that's it. Hopefully,this could help someone in the same situation.
