I created a remote service to acquire and release wake lock and set 
alarms.I am calling instrumenation using javaRuntime#exec from uiautomator 
case . Still I cannot make getUiDevice().wakeUp() to work after releasing 
wake lock.Device might have come up internally but display is never turned 
back on to continue actions from UiAutomator cases.Please let me know if 
there is a way to do this.
