Hmm, I didn't realize ADT did that (and I implemented this in both Studio and ADT!).
In Studio, you can manually edit the launch configuration and uncheck the box that specifies whether you can use the same device for future selections. This will cause the dialog to pop back up again. (This should also be available in ADT shortly). Please file a bug at b.android.com.
