Can the Maven repositories which are hosted and downloaded through the SDK manager be revisioned according to the artifact versions that they contain? Currently it seems like they are a monotonically increasing integer.
For example, the support library artifact was just updated to 19.1.0. This would mean that the extra-android-m2repository revision would be at 19.1.0 as well under this policy. The same would apply to Google Play services which is now at 4.3.something.
