It just came online a few days ago, but not everything is fully building as yet. (a few components of the tools, and eclipse plugins aren't being built as yet).
You can still checkout the repo with: $ repo init -b ub-tools-idea133 $ repo sync We'll update the http://tools.android.com/build site within a few days.
