After downloading and installing Android 0.8.12, I created a new Android project that uses Gradle Android plugin 0.13.2 and Gradle 2.1. After adding some code, I found two issues in build.gradle that cannot resolve symbol 'getDefaultProguardFile' and cannot resolve symbol 'applicationVariants'. The attached screen shot shows what I am seeing.
