We are changing how we distribute the SDK by not placing it inside Studio
anymore.

We are preparing:
- a Windows installer
- a first launch setup wizard inside Studio
to setup/download the SDK.

However this is not ready yet. So
- go to http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
- click "get the SDK for a standalone IDE" and download the SDK.
- Put it somewhere you have write access so that you can later add
component to it.
- Link studio to this SDK location.
