Finally I solved the issue. The reasons for both problems was: 1) libraryB contained settings.gradle (for no use actually) 2) androidApp contained plugin com.nabilhachicha:android-native-dependencies:0.1 which turns out breaks the importing
Resolving those two made me import my project finally.
