I tried new version of gradle plugin 1.3.0-beta2 and this
// hook folder db creation before package
tasks.preBuild.dependsOn(':tool-db-maker:prepareFolderDb')
doesn't work now.
The prepareFolderDb task simply not start with latest version.
It is bug or something was changed by design?
