Hi,

The tool aapt appears to have a bug when removing certain files with the
new gradle 2.2.x. This developer appears to have a fix for
it https://github.com/linghaolu/aapt and built binaries for it. However, I
need to make all linux binaries (x86 x86-pie, arm7, arm7-pie, mips, etc...
)  I've tried to
follow
https://android.googlesource.com/platform/sdk/+/master/docs/howto_build_SDK.txt
 but when I run
$ repo init -u https://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest -b master
-g all,-notdefault,tools $ repo sync It pulls down well over 50GBs. How can
I reduce this size and/or find a simpler way to rebuild aapt? Thanks in
advance, Chris
