At the end of the day what matters is that if you 'find' a belief which makes your daily living better, that is the truth for you. Sometimes you think that a new belief would work even better, so you go on searching.
And if you let me use a metaphor/analogy: Every door has a different key. There is no universal key. Sometimes you need a new key. My key is to believe that everything happens by will of God.
