I would love to shoot you down in flames and I won't.

So, good for you.

I am not enlightened and something happens when I give that up.

Here is something I just tried.

Take on the instruction "explore your environment for two minutes,
touch everything"

after a while you might consider the sheer volume of individual
instructions being processed by mind body and spirit

as my hand goes out to touch the table and feel the texture of it
there is little thought happening about that

the instruction set has been precis into the sentence in quotes and my
interpretation is probably different to yours

explore it

then you might really want to ask

WHO is doing the instructing?

based on a simple sentence in quotes a lot can happen

Are you *really* doing it?

Did I *really* make the instruction?

It's interesting and fun to explore

what an adventure :-)
