*Very true. Realization is like a relief. The peace that comes from it is
like release from years and years of stress.
It is just shockingly ridiculous how I was so stupid to suffer so much in
life.
I also get intense relief when i have shitloads of shit come out through my
anus very smoothly at the end of the day.
Then I feel so stupid for keeping all that shit inside for the whole day and
not realizing that the shit was having an adverse
affect on my brain, giving me a strange feeling of heaviness in the head and
making me a bit stressed out.
Then when I go to the toilet and unload it, it is like an "Aha" moment.
I feel like shouting "Eureka!" and run out of the toilet and share my joy
with the world for discovering the cause of my distress.
The same goes with realization.
The whole suffering was because I thought I was the body-mind. *
