*There may be atleast one unselfish act which makes you happy.
Like saving a dying bird on the street.
Taking care of a dog which was otherwise going to be put down.
Or pushing away a man from the path of a high speed train ?
Saving other beings from suffering makes me happy.
Unfortunately it is not easy to do in a crazy modern world where everyone is
mentally suffering but they don't think they are.
Compassion or loving kindness is a way of life and it is the nature of the
Self.
