Sometimes certain thoughts get stuck and become fixed ideas or belief. Then 
they disappear and maybe other thoughts take their place if you're lucky no one 
get stuck again.
That is freedom.

of reality.

If  you/we/us  say I don’t believe in anything, then that in itself is
a belief.
