Yep, the problem is the return of human desire. The euphoric feeling happens when desire gets out of the way. Superficially it sounds like a contradiction but then again so does Advaita. The practice is silence and stillness. To listen to one’s own silence in stillness. Not trying to do or be anything. To drift away into the ambient light clouds of the inner self. Left alone and in peace with this inner self, one experiences eternity. No boundaries or feelings of separation or isolation. Very different to this dulistic world . But this happens because we get out of the way. We stop doing or being. We stop talking and thinking. We embrace our deeper nature. Practice makes perfect …………. It is a lifestyle.
