Because you'll always be tempted to think about something. One has to find the
balls to turn away from thought and other shit and stay focused onto the sense
of I am. This is not always easy. But it is always rewarding. The effort pays
off. You get peace of mind or happiness, whatever you wanna name it.
It happened to me several times that when I was starting to do the exercise my
mind gave me resistance with thoughts like: you are losing time here, let's go
and think about...
That's bullshit. Do not listen!
