I mostly eat chicken, lentils, chickpeas, whey protein, pasta and sometimes oatmeal, multivitamin tablets. Thats pretty much what I eat. I also go to the gym because my body loves exercise. **Fruits and vegetables are expensive and a waste of time. For people with Kundalini, meat is best recommended. So I try to eat meat often.
