you're looking for something to relieve you of your fear,
your fear of bodily existence, your reaction to this is
the contraction of your spirit/self, a cringing

this uneasiness, is what buddha called dukkha
this uneasiness causes stress and/or nervousness
(almost everyone has a nervous habit)

but most people don't understand this situation that
they're in, so they just try to stay busy, or cover up
that uneasy feeling with sex, drugs, rock'n roll, or whatever

you're stuck in this body until it dies
you might as well get comfortable
and that's really what it's about,
getting comfortable

so you can see the best way to deal with this,
is to find the uneasiness in your body/mind/self
and start working on relaxing it, the more you relax,
let go, and stop hanging on so tight, the better you'll
feel, and once relaxed, your spirit will start to flow,
and in that flow is your natural bliss and joy
