now, actually, that tension is really resistance, resistance to the flowing quality of you, awareness
the tension/contraction is a pinching-off of the flow, awareness shines like a beam of light from it's Sun-source, as the beam relaxes it expands so to speak, you get a sense that you're expanding, the body/mind no longer is the cage, consciousness/the world becomes an open space for you, the flowing of love-joy-bliss becomes un-obstructed, your true nature becomes apparent
