Interesting, but technically there is no reality or illusion or self in "nothing". Nothing is being dead, if such a sentence could ever make sense. And that is my point. Making sense. There is a point where one can become so divorced from human behaviour that one no longer makes sense to the out-side world. (yep, like me) All the masters of the past use stories and metaphors to bridge the void between human sense and the oblivion which occurs when freed from the confines of logic and reason. The discipline and practice which is necessary, is only to undo the conformity we have been force-fed. It’s ridiculous to suggest anyone can rearrange their thinking to become nothing. The key is the mantra “I am” Mark said : “cleansing, and revitalizing every cell of his body/mind, what then manifest's in his world? nothing :-) “ This mantra "I am" will direct the still contemplation of the mind toward the collective mind. Towards the sensations of non-duality, where one feels reconnected to the whole. It does become concept pin-pong. In a fashion, one does become nothing but only because one becomes everything. No longer seperate in the mind. The joke of self, is seen as the joke of all conscious awareness as one. This whole universe is one macrocosm, you/me/us are the whole universe. Nothing is everything …………… .
