This is just a tip (which worked for me) about the exercise of watching the I am sense. Maybe it is superfluous but I found it easier to concentrate on the feeling of 'me' than on the feeling of I am. I don't know why, it is just easier. I know it sounds stupid. Sent via BlackBerry from Vodafone
