Depression and being high ………………………… come off it Marko, you know what comes next. How many times can you reword the same question ? Advaita remember, none-duality. It’s an idea, you do with it what ever you think is best. If depression brings you to your true self, than well done, now you know yours. If eating old ladies brings you to your true self, then well done, now you know yours. There are many different paths to the self truth. You can only walk yours. If chewing Advaita cheers you up.
