What is wrong with TypeBuilder, exactly why TypeBuilder hasn't method DefineNestedEnum. Mticrosoft forgot???. In msdn "....Nested enums are defined using TypeBuilder.DefineNestedEnum....". ya, sure. How to omit gap?
