I noticed that reflector does not work with delay signed assemblies. Is this
integral to the CLR loader? If the CLR itself can bypass the fault by using
sn -Vr why doesn't that happen for dynamically loaded assemblies? I noticed
that NDOC has the same "problem". Is there anything that can be changed in
how the assembly is loaded or how the CLR is configured to get these apps to
work with delay signed assemblies?
