The expensive route would be to take a look at BizTakl Server 2004 or a similar product or a product called the Endeavor Configuration Engine by a company called Endeavor (Endeavour) Commerce. Not sure of your need, or budget, but I would take a look at them. I have used the configuration engine, very slick product.
