Sorry if everyone else knows the answer to this, but when you say "Whidbey" are you 
referring to a particular .NET runtime version (what number? generally available? if 
so where?), a particular version of Windows (what number? generally available?) -- 
when .NET is supposed to be the same on them all -- or both?
