[xxx]Connection types all support EnlistDistributedTransaction - all except Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleConnection.
I have developed a (cool, imho) framework abstracting transactions in .net (distributed, local), but had to branch specially for ODP. Oracle (OTN) does not respond to my query on this; so I take it to the greater minds of this forum. Does anyone know that such functionality is forthcoming? Why it is not available now?
