BeginInvoke and EndInvoke are not actually members of Delegate -- I
believe they're synthesised behind the scenes by the C# compiler for
specific delegate types.

Is it easily explained why the docn for BeginInvoke and friends isn't
part of the the docn for the Delegate class?
