Guys,

I realize that this has already been posted on this listserve before, but
I'm going to post again because I read through all the posts that I had and
I didn't find a resolution.

I've tried everything listed and I still can't find a solution.

I work for a company that does hosting and we have a client now (we've just
recently upgraded our win2k server to use DOTNET) that is building an
ASP.NET website. However, he can't get any remote error messages. He built
his site locally and then uploaded it to our server. The fact that he's
getting an error is not good, but that he can't even view the error is
worse.

I've tried this as suggested in both the error message on the page and in
the posts from this listserve:

<customErrors mode="Off" />

That didn't work. I tried an all lower case "off" and that didn't work. I
tried adding that tag to the same section in an app.config file and putting
that in the same directory and that didn't work.

I really don't know what's going on here. Can someone please help?

Thank You,
Mike Andrews
