No way no how.  XP is a "client" OS.  The documentation for IIS on XP
clearly states that there is a connection limitation.  This is by design.

By the time you are doing stress testing, you should have access to a
server.  Even if you are still doing development in your office, you need to
acquire a Server license and install that.  I believe MSDN provides a Server
license, solely for testing.  Not sure if it still does.

I'm trying to stress test my aspx but keep hitting a HTTP 403.9 - Access
Forbidden: Too many users are connected Internet Information Services

I'm running Win XP Pro and IISv5.1
I have turned off "HTTP Keep-Alives Enabled" as described in the
knowledgeable.

Is there any way to get a decent stress test going?
I've looked in the archives without much luck. I'd appreciate any insights
you'd like to share.
