I have Enterprise VS2003 and can't find that tool.
I've looked for Homer as well, and other "..rte.microsoft" links and they all appear 
to be dead.

It's pretty easy to get some visual results on how your web app is performing. Fire up 
the Application Center Test (I think it comes with Enterprise edition ov VS2003), and 
point it to your web server.

It's pretty cool watching the req/s "skyrocket" as you make subtle changes, such as 
adding OuputCaching.

I've reached 1000 request/sec with ASP.NET-MCMS (Content Management
Server) in a dual Pentium III 800MHz pizza box with Windows Server 2003.
Actually the application is running in two servers, using NLB, serving near 2000 
req/sec.
I think it's possible to build a stable, scalable and fast web application if you 
design your app with this goal in mind.
