Since the X509 Certificate Tool is apparently hard-coded for Other Steenkin' People I guess I can't use it. Or is it that I can't use WSE2? It would be just my luck.
There doesn't appear to have been as much testing of WSE2 under Win2K as under XP. For instance, one part of the VS.NET integration didn't work at all, for instance. (It's been fixed in the Service Pack.)
I was able to make it through most of the hands-on labs using 2K.
