I'm still fairly new to .NET, so it still takes some time to get my head
around new ideas.  I believe that this won't work for us since we
dynamically generate alot of the content for our pages (based on a
database).  Thanks for the extra info ...

We use WriteFile, because of the nature of our app; Our app is a image
serving service.
And I also need to say, that only during heavy load times those 80%
usages was seen.
