My assembly references are System System.Drawing System.Windows.Forms I did not have the [assembly: AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers] tag in my AssemblyInfo but I have added it and my results were still negative.
I think my assembly is being granted full access, I have explained above how I have set up security. "I have added a New Permission Set and given it full permission to everything.
