Hi,
Just a followup: Looking at the list of bug fixes addressed by the .NET
Version 1.1 Service Pack 1, it seems that this problem may be taken care of
by SP1. However, I have not verified this, and we are not planning on
installing that Service Pack in the immediate future, although it will be
rolled out eventually.
In the meantime, I edited WebUIValidation.js to add the following two lines
of code at the beginning of the offending function, Page_ClientValidate():
if (typeof(Page_Validators) == "undefined")
return;
This seems to have solved the problem for now.
