Hi , I would like to deploy a .NET application that uses Crystal Reports version 10.0 on a server that has CR version 8.5 installed. The company does not want to upgrade the version 10.0 on the server but yet would like the reports to work. I have used four dlls that I reference from my bin directory (CrystalDecisions.Web.dll, CrystalDecisions.Shared.dll , CrystalDecisions.ReportSource.dll, CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll) . If I copy the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Reports\2.5\ directory onto the server, will the solution work? The directory contains the CR ActiveX control Viewer. Unfortunately, I cannot try this solution as I do not have an environmnent to do so. So I need to get it right the first time. My machine has v10.0 installed and I don't want to uninstall it. If youve encountered a solution for a problem similar to this, or if you think you have a solution, that would be fantastic! Allaoua Cheraitia
