Hello Mark,

The best way for .NET apps to provide such functionality is through
Microsoft's Application Updater Block. You can read more about this on
www.gotdotnet.com and www.msdn.com.

Subject: [ADVANCED-DOTNET] Automatic Updates

I have seen many apps now that have Help->Update You click on Update, it
checks for available updates and if there is an update it asks if you want
to install the updates.

I would appreciate being pointed at any examples, whitepapers, information
on this topic.

Thank you
Mark
