Hi.

How about developing your own service that will keep checking the file(s)
and their attributes in specified directory after a configured span of time.
I know this mean re-inventing things, but still it will give your more
control and power.

I found some limitations/bugs in FileSystemWatcher..
I tried to monitor a folder in which files were being copied by
Installer..what I found that my program didn`t trigger about changes in the
folder,Filesystem watcher works fine If you manually copy/delete files
