In the current situation, the user of the control could (I think) drop a 
control onto (for example) one of the buttons, or the label, that's part of the 
MiniInfo control.  That's not desirable.  Perhaps you need to override one or 
more of the DragDrop-related methods.

Or, could you move the DesignerAttribute to the panel?  (I'm not sure that 
_should_ work, but...)

If you figure this out, please let us know!
