There is a VPC that the TF team distributed on Tech-Ed. Try to look for
that!

Until the products get more stable installing is going to be always
complicated, for example if you install SQL in another instance that is not
the default TF will fail to install etc. So go the easy way and get the
pre-installed VPC.

Subject: SPAM-LOW: [ADVANCED-DOTNET] Problems installing VS2005 Team
Foundation Server

I hope there are a lot of experts out there that have done this - installing

the VS2005 Team Foundation Server. I am trying to do just that and I get an

error (close to 100% in the progress bar) saying that the ReportService.asmx

is not available.

Although I followed step-by-step all the instructions in the "How to Install

Team Foundation Server" along with all the pre-requisites, I still don't

seem to be able to finish successfully this thing. Any suggestion or

reference to a resource on the web would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Eddie
