Can anyone point me in the direction of a pluggable resource allocation engine? For example if I wanted to integrate resource allocation with BizTalk 2004 Human Workflow Services. As far as I know the BizTalk product doesn't include this feature. If an integration of this nature could be done then there might the added benefits message bus, rchestration/workflow, human activity intervention; along with resource allocation.
Or looking at it from the other angle ... just workflow/BP framework the includes flexible resource allocation functionality that could potentially be integrated into a message oriented middleware product similar a BizTalk, K2? We've looked at: Skelta - product not ready for primetime in general; not to mention terrible support.
