I have a solution I'm working on that has a Database project apart of this solution. Every once in a while I get the following error message: "A valid connection was not specified for this configuration. Please select a connection and try again"
I know how to work around this. I have to right click on the Database project and chose properties. I then click on the ... next to the Data Connection. I then click Okay because the connection string already appears in the list of choices. I click okay again. I then can recompile a stored procedure without getting the error message. Has anyone experienced this? If so, have you figured out why it happens? I have a way to work around this but I don't think it should be happening.
