I've been writing an Outlook Addin over the past year, and of late (re-written in VSTO for 2005) I'm getting a crash that cannot be debugged. If I run Outlook and browse to one of my folders, Outlook just vaporises. No error, no nothing - just vanishes completely. In the event long is this:
.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.42 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (7A05E2B3) (80131506) Now, if I run the project in release mode, no error at all occurs, and execution works as expected. If I run up Outlook and attach to the process, no error occurs either. But if I run Outlook on its own - bang, gone. How do I go about trying to debug this one? Any ideas?
