On one troublesome occasion I found that on one users machine only, a function that contained just one line of code was never run. (this was to seperate code that could be obfuscated from code that couldn't) Once I added a couple of extra lines for tracing the code ran fine. I'd be looking at what happens if you expand 'If lista.Count = 0 then FillFunction()' into multiple lines.

Hi everybody, Sorry about the code ... I sent the picture but you didn´t get it ... The code is very simple, its like : If lista.Count = 0 then FillFunction() The problem is, when i get to this line, the debugger shows lista.Count = 3, but the code enters the FillFunction() Lista is a generics list I found that the code is running right, but Visual Studio is showing the wrong value on the watch list. It´s a bug, but on Vstudio rather then the framework ... Thanks, Vitor -----Mensagem original----- De: Discussion of advanced .NET topics. Sorry, I was only joking, I do not suspect the framework is crazy.
I know, Paul ;)
My COM days are thankfully a distant memory!!!
I don't understand this that much, but perhaps you had a horrific experience with the wonderful world of COM and DCOM and I can fully understand you therefore are happy with every millimeter you can get away from it ;) FB, who has to admit 'Essential COM' was a bit complex
